Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain our data warehouse and data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and storage
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate data from various sources and design data models that support our business needs
Optimize data infrastructure performance and scalability to handle large volumes of data
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering technologies and best practices and proactively suggest improvements to our existing data infrastructure
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data engineers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data engineering role
Strong experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling
Proficient in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
