Salary: $171000 - $208000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud automation infrastructure. This is a technical and hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, automation tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for automating processes and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain our cloud automation infrastructure using industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and automated solutions.
• Develop and implement best practices for managing and maintaining cloud resources.
• Continuously monitor and optimize our cloud automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to our cloud infrastructure and automation workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud automation and integrate them into our existing processes.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on cloud automation best practices and techniques.
• Work closely with DevOps and software development teams to integrate automation into the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cloud Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automated cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
