Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop ML solutions to address them
Lead a team of ML developers, providing technical direction and mentoring to ensure high-quality deliverables
Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques
Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to prepare data for training and testing
Develop and maintain ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
Optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance and accuracy
Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies for ML development
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in machine learning and implement them in projects
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to ensure seamless integration of ML solutions into existing systems
Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement
Mentor and train junior ML developers to enhance their technical skills and domain knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing machine learning solutions
Proven experience in leading a team of ML developers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
Strong understanding of data structures, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies and techniques in the field of machine learning.
