Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of AI solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
Develop and deploy AI models and algorithms at scale, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Design and implement data pipelines to support AI model training and deployment.
Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our products and services.
Mentor and coach junior AI engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of AI concepts and techniques, such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Proficiency in programming languages used in AI development, such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI development frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with data processing tools, such as Spark, Hadoop, or SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
