Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of AI developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of AI projects
Research, design, and develop innovative AI solutions that align with business objectives and drive growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to identify and understand business requirements
Develop and implement AI algorithms and models using a variety of programming languages and tools
Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance of AI models and continuously improve their accuracy and efficiency
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and techniques and incorporate them into our solutions
Lead the development of proof of concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of AI solutions
Develop and maintain effective processes and best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines, deliverables, and milestones and ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions
Provide technical leadership and support to team members, foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and promote continuous learning and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI development with a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and related technologies
Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and a drive to continuously improve and innovate
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members and foster a culture of high performance and learning
