Position Overview: As a Senior AI Product Manager at Lobox, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our AI products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define product vision, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You will also work closely with our engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our AI product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the AI industry
• Define product features, specifications, and user experience based on customer feedback and market research
• Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and manage product development, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Work closely with the design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our AI products
• Partner with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance and conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
• Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate relevant technologies and trends into our products
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, providing them with support and guidance to help them grow in their roles

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI products
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business settings
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
