Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal AI Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AI Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by leading the development of cutting-edge AI products.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and sales, to deliver innovative AI solutions that drive business growth. You will also be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI products
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify market trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement AI algorithms and models
• Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and gather feedback for product improvement
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• Monitor product performance and track key metrics to inform product decisions
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation
• Act as a subject matter expert for our AI products and represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers and team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years of experience in AI products
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI products
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Experience with agile product development methodologies
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
