We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NLP Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) solutions for our company. This is a key role that will require you to work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to enhance our NLP capabilities and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop NLP models and algorithms to extract and analyze information from large text datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists to identify and implement new NLP techniques and approaches to improve our products and services.
• Lead the development of NLP pipelines and workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training and evaluation.
• Build and maintain large-scale NLP systems that can handle large amounts of data in real-time.
• Research and experiment with state-of-the-art NLP techniques and tools to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
• Mentor and guide junior NLP engineers, providing technical expertise and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into NLP solutions.
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of our NLP codebase.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in NLP and apply them to enhance our products and services.
• Communicate and present complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• years of experience in developing and deploying NLP solutions in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts, techniques, and tools such as deep learning, natural language understanding, and sentiment analysis.
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training and evaluation.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in NLP.
