Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms for our Information Technology & Services products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision technology
Design and develop computer vision solutions that meet performance, accuracy and scalability requirements
Optimize existing algorithms and improve the efficiency and speed of our computer vision systems
Debug and troubleshoot issues in the computer vision algorithms and provide timely resolutions
Work closely with the hardware team to ensure compatibility and integration of computer vision algorithms with our products
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers in the team
Participate in code reviews and ensure highest quality of code is maintained
Document and present research findings, project updates and technical solutions to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
years of experience in computer vision algorithm development and implementation
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB
Strong understanding of computer vision principles and techniques such as feature extraction, object detection, and image segmentation
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Knowledge of 3D geometry and point cloud processing
Familiarity with image processing libraries and tools such as OpenCV and PCL
Experience with hardware and software integration
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable computer vision solutions
