About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Manual Tester, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. You will also be responsible for leading a team of manual testers and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of manual testers and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's productivity and efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain manual test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Execute manual test cases and identify any defects or issues in the software products.
• Create detailed test reports and communicate the results to the project team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand the technical aspects of the product and provide feedback on potential issues.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of the software products after new features or updates are implemented.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test data to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manual testing and incorporate them into the testing process.
• Continuously improve the testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• Mentor and train new team members on manual testing techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in manual testing, with at least years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in manual testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• ISTQB or CSTE certification is a plus.
