Position Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Principal Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative mobile applications across various platforms. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications that meet the needs and expectations of our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development and a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of mobile applications across various platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify user needs and preferences and incorporate them into the design and development process.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks and make recommendations for improvement to the development process.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the mobile applications.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable code.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Extensive experience with developing mobile applications across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Java, and C#.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and an obsession with delivering high-quality mobile applications.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
