Key Responsibilities:

Develop technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and online help, for our products and services.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and validate technical accuracy of documentation.
Conduct research and gather information from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.
Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
Manage the documentation process, including writing, reviewing, and publishing, to meet project timelines.
Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and other documentation standards.
Ensure that all technical documentation complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical writers to improve their writing skills and promote consistent documentation practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a lead role.
Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and MadCap Flare.
Experience with content management systems and version control systems.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to technical documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
