Salary: $107 Per hour

Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. As an AI Research Scientist, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge AI technologies and solutions that will have a significant impact on our business and society as a whole.

As part of our AI research team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and complex problems, using state-of-the-art AI techniques and tools. You will collaborate with a diverse group of experts in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other related fields to drive the development of innovative AI solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on the products and services we offer to our customers and will contribute to the advancement of AI research as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development in the field of artificial intelligence, with a focus on machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Design and implement novel algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve existing AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities and drive the development of AI technologies that align with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, and apply them to enhance our products and services.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, and actively contribute to the scientific community through presentations and workshops.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers, and provide technical leadership to the AI research team.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and/or computer vision, with a deep understanding of the underlying mathematical and statistical principles.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and critically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
