Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI researchers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the success of projects.
• Develop and implement AI research strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct research and experiments to identify new AI techniques and methods that can be applied to our products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and develop new AI-driven products.

• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, and represent the company in AI-related events and conferences.
• Mentor and train junior researchers and engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• At least 5 years of experience as an AI Research Scientist, with a track record of delivering successful AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of various AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences and journals.
