Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Architect to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Lead AI Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of our artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. You will be responsible for leading a team of AI professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and build cutting-edge AI products and services. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI strategies, roadmaps, and architectures in line with business objectives and industry best practices
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems and translate them into AI solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of AI professionals, providing technical guidance and support in their professional development
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve our AI capabilities
• Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical leadership in AI-related discussions and decision-making processes
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of AI solutions, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into our products and services
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and vendors to support the company's AI strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, including machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision
• Strong understanding of AI techniques, algorithms, and tools, such as Python, TensorFlow, and Keras
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical and business requirements
• Experience in the healthcare, finance, or e-commerce industries is a plus
