Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of ML researchers and provide guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve our existing products or develop new ones.
• Explore and experiment with new machine learning techniques, algorithms, and tools to improve the performance of our models.
• Design and implement algorithms and models for various use cases, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of new ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence and share your knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning research with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of various machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and ensemble methods.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of researchers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
