Salary: $133000 - $160000

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our product, development and design teams to understand the user needs and translate them into intuitive designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating beautiful and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and design goals
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
• Design and deliver user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Use design thinking methodologies to solve complex design problems
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis
• Work closely with the development team to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately
• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design work and design process
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box to solve design problems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with front-end development and coding is a plus
