Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Program Manager to join our team. As the AI Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's AI initiatives. This includes managing the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies, initiatives, and projects across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of AI projects.
• Oversee the design and development of AI systems, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in the use of AI technologies.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI team.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI to identify potential opportunities for the company.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, marketing, and operations, to identify areas where AI can be leveraged to improve processes and drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing AI projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience with data management and analysis tools, such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects on time and within budget.
