Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the overall strategy and roadmap for AI programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Lead and manage a team of AI professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and translate them into AI initiatives
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI to identify potential opportunities for our company
Manage the budget for AI programs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and cost-effectiveness
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure timely and successful project completion
Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability
Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to leadership
Identify and troubleshoot issues and risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure optimal program performance
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to support the growth and success of AI programs
Continuously evaluate and improve program processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and ethical considerations related to AI, and ensure compliance across all programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Extensive knowledge and experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering AI programs and projects
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
