About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Science Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and driving the development and implementation of data-driven solutions for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and growth within the company
• Develop and implement data science strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems that can be solved using data science techniques
• Build predictive models and algorithms to extract insights and drive decision-making across the organization
• Monitor and analyze the performance of data science solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of data science and ensure the team is also continuously learning and growing
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the data science team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with data mining, data cleaning, and data wrangling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality data science solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
