Salary: $228000 - $256000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Architect to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our company's DevOps strategy. You will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of our software applications while driving continuous integration and delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement our company's DevOps strategy, including processes, tools, and frameworks
• Lead the development and deployment of our software applications in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth integration of development and operations processes
• Create and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in our production environment
• Continuously improve our DevOps processes and tools to increase efficiency and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
• Mentor and train team members on DevOps principles and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a DevOps Architect or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and practices such as CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code
• Strong background in software development with proficiency in languages like Java, Python, or Ruby
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
