Position Overview: As a Business Analyst at Lobox, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, present insights and recommendations, and support the implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of business processes and operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify patterns, and present insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, including workflows, procedures, and policies.
• Use data analysis and modeling techniques to provide insights and support decision-making for business solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and drive growth for the organization.
• Support the implementation of business solutions by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve business processes and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in Information Technology & Services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficient in data analysis and modeling tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions.
