Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current IT systems, processes, and needs
Analyze complex data and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization
Develop and implement IT strategies and solutions that align with clients' business goals
Advise clients on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT projects
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during IT projects
Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and make necessary adjustments
Provide training and support to clients on new IT systems and processes
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in IT to continuously improve consulting services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
Communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner to clients with varying levels of IT knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting or a similar role
Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
Proficient in project management and IT project lifecycle
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) is a plus

Working Conditions: As an IT Consultant, you will primarily work in an office setting, but may also be required to travel to client locations. The job may also require occasional work outside of regular business hours to accommodate clients' needs.
