Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Ethics Specialist to join our growing team. As a Junior AI Ethics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our AI products and services are developed and used ethically, while also adhering to industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with our AI development team, legal team, and other stakeholders to identify potential ethical issues and develop solutions to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest ethical standards and regulations related to AI technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential ethical issues in our AI products and services
• Develop and implement ethical guidelines and policies for AI development and use
• Review and assess the ethical implications of AI algorithms and models
• Work with the legal team to ensure our AI products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Communicate with stakeholders to educate them on ethical considerations related to AI and address any concerns or questions
• Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in AI ethics
• Assist with developing and delivering training programs on AI ethics for employees
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and policies
• Proactively identify and report any potential ethical violations or risks related to our AI products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, ethics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or related field
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and technology
• Familiarity with ethical principles and regulations related to AI, such as the IEEE Global Initiative for Ethical Considerations in AI and Autonomous Systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Passion for promoting ethical and responsible use of AI technology
