As such, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Ethics Specialist to join our team and help guide our AI development and implementation in an ethical and responsible manner.

Role Overview: As the Senior AI Ethics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the ethical principles that govern our AI technologies. You will work closely with our AI development team to ensure that our AI solutions are designed and developed in alignment with ethical standards. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and industry experts, to continuously evaluate and enhance our AI ethics framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an AI ethics framework for Lobox, ensuring that our AI solutions are developed and deployed in an ethical and responsible manner.
• Collaborate with our AI development team to integrate ethical considerations into the design, development, and deployment of AI technologies.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for new AI projects and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
• Work with clients and external stakeholders to understand their ethical concerns and incorporate their feedback into our AI ethics framework.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in AI ethics and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to our AI ethics framework.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams to promote awareness and understanding of ethical considerations in AI.
• Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to AI ethics and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI ethics, representing Lobox at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or a related field. Master's or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI ethics, preferably in a technology company.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical frameworks, principles, and regulations related to AI.
• Experience in conducting ethical risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing policies and procedures related to ethics and compliance.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
