Salary: $97 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Predictive Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and a passion for turning complex data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and develop predictive models to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support
• Utilize statistical techniques and tools to clean, transform, and manipulate data
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and predictive modeling
• Proficient in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
