Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and robust data architecture to support the growing needs of our business
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data ingestion from various sources
Create and maintain data models and schemas to support reporting and analytics needs
Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Manage data security and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and best practices, and implement them to improve our data operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, data operations, or a similar role
Strong experience in designing and implementing data architecture for large-scale data systems
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
Hands-on experience with data warehousing and ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions on time and within budget
