Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Cloud AI Engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms in a cloud environment
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies
Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects by providing technical guidance and reviewing code
Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and potential issues
Manage project budgets and resource allocation to optimize team efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong proficiency in cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Extensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Experience with big data tools, such as Hadoop or Spark, is a plus
Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively lead and collaborate with a team
Passion for staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning �� Specialty or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, are a plus.
