Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced optimization algorithms to improve the performance and efficiency of our AI systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of AI optimization.
Analyze and optimize existing AI algorithms to improve their accuracy, speed, and scalability.
Implement and maintain AI optimization tools and frameworks.
Conduct experiments and perform rigorous testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new algorithms.
Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in AI systems and provide timely resolutions.
Document and present findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI optimization techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing optimization algorithms for AI systems.
Strong understanding of AI concepts and techniques, such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Knowledge of optimization techniques, such as gradient descent, simulated annealing, and genetic algorithms.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
