Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Optimization Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As the Lead AI Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI optimization techniques to improve the performance and efficiency of our AI systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize our AI algorithms and models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI optimization engineers to develop and implement optimization strategies for our AI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to identify areas for improvement and develop optimization plans.
• Design and develop new AI optimization algorithms and techniques to improve the performance and efficiency of our AI systems.
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of existing AI algorithms and models, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Implement and test AI optimization solutions, and work closely with software engineers to integrate them into our AI systems.
• Monitor and track the performance of our AI systems, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI optimization techniques and technologies, and implement them into our systems.
• Mentor and train junior engineers on AI optimization techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of optimized AI systems.
• Participate in code reviews, and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI optimization or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing optimization strategies for AI systems.
• Extensive knowledge of AI optimization techniques, such as gradient descent, simulated annealing, and genetic algorithms.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
