Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior ML Model Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ML Model Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models that power our company's products and services. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex machine learning models using cutting-edge techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and product managers, to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
• Conduct thorough research and experimentation to identify the most effective algorithms, features, and data sources for model training and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Implement best practices for model monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous model improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysis techniques.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient ML solutions.
