Lobox is seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Deployment Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead AI Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) systems and solutions within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy AI systems and solutions to solve complex business problems
• Lead a team of engineers to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI solutions to meet those needs
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and methodologies
• Develop and maintain AI deployment standards and best practices
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI platforms and tools for deployment
• Create and maintain technical documentation for AI systems and solutions
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI systems
• Train and educate team members on AI technologies and deployment processes
• Manage project timelines and priorities to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions
• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed AI systems and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate AI technologies into our systems
• Support the development of AI strategies and roadmaps for our organization
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI deployment and provide recommendations for implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI deployment, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role
• Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with AI deployment platforms and tools, such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully deploying AI solutions in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
