Salary: $152000 - $192000

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products. You will work closely with our development and quality assurance teams to identify and troubleshoot performance issues, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design performance tests for new and existing software products
• Develop test scripts and scenarios to simulate real-world user behavior
• Execute performance tests and analyze the results to identify performance bottlenecks
• Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
• Provide recommendations for performance optimization based on test results
• Identify and implement performance monitoring tools and strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement performance testing best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in performance testing methodologies
• Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and development teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our performance testing processes and strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing and analysis
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with SQL and database performance testing
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
• ISTQB certification in performance testing is a plus
