We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products. You will work closely with our development and quality assurance teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop test plans
• Execute automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and maintainability of code
• Continuously improve and enhance automated tests to keep up with changing business needs and technology advancements
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in test automation tools and techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in software testing and/or test automation
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Appium
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C#)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement
