Job Overview: As a Senior SOC Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOC, ensuring that our clients' networks and systems are protected from cyber threats. You will also play a crucial role in detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SOC team, including hiring, training, and mentoring junior analysts
• Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for the SOC
• Monitor security systems and tools, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct regular threat hunting exercises to proactively identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Analyze and interpret security logs and alerts to identify potential security breaches
• Collaborate with other teams, such as the Incident Response and Threat Intelligence teams, to provide a comprehensive security posture for our clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and attack techniques to continuously improve the effectiveness of our security measures
• Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours incident response when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role
• Experience with security monitoring tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security technologies
• Experience in incident response and familiarity with incident response frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are a plus
