Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and proactively incorporate them into design solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI design, preferably in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and intuitive designs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
