Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to launch, including research, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
Develop user-centered designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
Conduct user research, user testing, and market analysis to inform design decisions.
Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and processes to ensure consistency across products.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering their growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on business outcomes.
Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Proficiency in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with user research methods and techniques, including usability testing and user interviews.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
