Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop architecture design and technical specifications for software solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements
Lead the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, providing technical leadership and support in resolving complex technical issues
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables
Work closely with project managers to create project plans, estimate effort, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
Conduct research and stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve our processes and solutions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities, including client presentations and proposals
Take ownership of technical escalations and provide timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and architecture design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Strong expertise in designing and developing software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks
Experience with leading and managing software development projects, including agile methodologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within tight deadlines
Experience with cloud computing and DevOps practices is a plus
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is preferred.
