Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Develop and maintain program timelines, budget, and resource allocation, and drive continuous improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables
Identify potential risks and issues, and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery
Communicate program status updates, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
Conduct regular program review meetings with the project team to monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and provide solutions to keep projects on track
Mentor and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and act as the main point of contact for any program-related inquiries
Ensure all program documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to team members and stakeholders as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management, and implement new processes and tools to improve program delivery

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Proven experience in developing and managing program budgets, timelines, and resources
Proficient in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred
