Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate and lead the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and ready for development
Identify and remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress, escalating issues as needed
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and transparency
Guide the team in self-organizing and cross-functional collaboration to increase efficiency and productivity
Monitor and track team progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and any potential risks or issues
Act as a servant leader, supporting the team and facilitating their success in achieving project goals
Mentor and train other Scrum Masters, promoting best practices and continuous learning within the organization
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies, incorporating them into our processes as appropriate

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience in implementing the Scrum framework
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products and services using Agile methodologies
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks, such as Kanban or Lean, is a plus
