Salary: $171000 - $208000
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for our software development and deployment processes. You will collaborate closely with our development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement highly automated, scalable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our software products
- Automate deployment and release processes to ensure fast and efficient delivery of software updates
- Monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools to ensure high availability and performance of the system
- Work closely with the development team to ensure code quality and best practices are followed
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications
- Continuously improve and optimize the existing infrastructure and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK stack, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
