Job Title: Lead DevOps Engineer

Salary: $123 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's DevOps strategy and implementing best practices to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our software development processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technical challenges and continuously improve our DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company's DevOps strategy and roadmap, in line with the overall business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our DevOps processes, tools, and infrastructure
• Drive automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to increase efficiency and reduce time to market
• Monitor and maintain the company's production systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with development and operations teams
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's systems and data
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, and recommend new tools and technologies to improve our processes
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of our DevOps processes and procedures
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of automation scripts and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Extensive experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certifications in DevOps and cloud technologies are a plus.
