Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop user-centered designs for our digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces.
Lead the design process by conducting user research, creating wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our design capabilities.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in interaction design for digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Figma.
Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design solutions.
Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
