Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are optimized for cloud deployment
Work with operations teams to ensure the scalability, availability, and performance of cloud platforms
Develop and maintain cloud architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures
Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the cloud environment
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure and services
Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary security measures
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our infrastructure
Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize cloud infrastructure performance and cost-effectiveness
Mentor and train junior team members on cloud architecture and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure design
Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Hands-on experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
Familiarity with security best practices and experience implementing security controls in the cloud environment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
