Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum computing, including developing algorithms, protocols and architectures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement quantum computing experiments.
Analyze and interpret data from experiments, and use findings to guide further research and development.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in quantum computing and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts.
Publish research results in top-tier journals and present at conferences and workshops.
Mentor and lead a team of junior researchers, providing guidance and support in their development.
Collaborate with industry partners to identify and solve real-world problems using quantum computing.

Qualifications:

PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong focus on quantum computing.
Minimum of 5 years of research experience in quantum computing.
Extensive knowledge of quantum algorithms, protocols, and architectures.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and/or Java.
Experience with quantum computing simulators and/or quantum hardware.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of publishing research results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
