Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain our company's computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software, or network issues that may arise
Install and configure new systems, software, and hardware as needed
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve our systems and processes
Collaborate with our IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
Provide technical support and training to employees on the use of company systems and software
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role
Strong knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
Proficient in networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Familiarity with security principles and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Industry certifications, such as MCSA or CCNA, are a plus
