Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal AI Specialist to join our dynamic team at Lobox. As a Principal AI Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions for our clients. You will also be responsible for leading a team of AI specialists, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI solutions to solve complex business problems for our clients.
• Lead a team of AI specialists, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and project managers, to design and implement AI solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our processes.
• Conduct research and experiments to identify new AI use cases and applications for our clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert in AI, providing thought leadership and contributing to industry forums and conferences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for AI solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior AI specialists, providing technical guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new AI team members, ensuring a strong and diverse team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for real-world applications.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Experience with big data processing technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
