About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the integration architecture for our company's software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various systems and applications, providing efficient and effective solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement integration solutions for our software products, including APIs, data pipelines, and middleware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and develop integration strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead the technical design and development of integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform code reviews and provide guidance to junior integration engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, standards, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in integration technologies, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the integration engineering team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software integration, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Extensive experience with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• In-depth understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions within tight deadlines.
• Experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Certifications in integration technologies and methodologies are a plus.
