Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that align with business objectives
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and analysis
Design and implement data models to support reporting, analytics, and data visualization needs
Utilize data mining and machine learning techniques to extract insights and improve data-driven decision making
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and tools in data engineering and analytics
Act as a technical mentor and provide guidance to a team of data engineers and analysts
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance policies and procedures
Assist in the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and architecture
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data manipulation tools (e.g. Pandas, Numpy)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
Proven track record in developing and implementing scalable data solutions to solve complex business problems
Knowledge of data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
