Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Junior IT Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist in the maintenance and upgrade of the company's IT systems, including servers, network equipment, and telecommunication systems.
• Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security protocols and procedures.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including setting up user accounts and providing necessary equipment.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office suite.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and systems, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
